Michael A Magoulas
Michael Magoulas joined the firm in April of 2024 after working at an estate planning law firm for two years in Miami, Florida. He is admitted to practice in Florida; admission to Colorado is pending. His practice focuses on estate planning with an emphasis on taxation.
Michael received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law (cum laude) and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University (cum laude). While in school, Michael received several honors and distinctions, including Dean’s List, CALI Book Award in Trusts and Estates, and a Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award in Corporate Taxation. In the LL.M. program, Michael focused his studies on the taxation of gratuitous transfers, estate planning, and income taxation of trusts and estates.
Michael was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Colorado Springs in 2024. He enjoys running and hiking trails, and you will often find him playing guitar on his porch.
